The Providence Journal just reviewed an advance copy Lincoln Chafee's memoir. Chafee as you may recall was a moderate/liberal Republican senator who opposed the Iraq War and was defeated in his 2006 re-election bid. Following his defeat, Chafee left the Republican Party. They argue that the president duped them into war, but getting duped does not exactly recommend their leadership. Helping a rogue president start an unnecessary war should be a career-ending lapse of judgment.”

She gave up character and conviction for veneer and expediency. Of course, I never thought Hillary would make it this far. I was wrong.
Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.
My prediction is that if she wins the Democratic primaries, she will lose to McCain in the general.
Since I have been so wildly wrong about Hillary, that probably means she will be our next president.
